USM TOFU

This one is one that Mila learned at Summer Camp. She loved learning from Chef Bill at school.

Ingredients:

1 14 OZ pack of Extra Firm Tofu
Corn Starch for coating
1 cup sweet chili sauce

Directions:

  1. Drain and press tofu
  2. Cube tofu into 1/2 inch blocks
  3. Dredge in corn starch
  4. Pan fry until golden brown
  5. Coat in sweet chili sauce.

Notes

  • This goes really well with a fried rice they learned.

    Here are the ingredients:
  • 1 pat margarine or butter
  • 1/8 onion, diced
  • 1/4 carrot, diced
  • 1/3 cup cooked rice
  • 3 pieces broccoli, diced
  • Dash soy sauce

Cook veg in margerine until soft then add rice and soy.
