This one is one that Mila learned at Summer Camp. She loved learning from Chef Bill at school.
Ingredients:
1 14 OZ pack of Extra Firm Tofu
Corn Starch for coating
1 cup sweet chili sauce
Directions:
- Drain and press tofu
- Cube tofu into 1/2 inch blocks
- Dredge in corn starch
- Pan fry until golden brown
- Coat in sweet chili sauce.
Notes
- This goes really well with a fried rice they learned.
Here are the ingredients: - 1 pat margarine or butter
- 1/8 onion, diced
- 1/4 carrot, diced
- 1/3 cup cooked rice
- 3 pieces broccoli, diced
- Dash soy sauce
Cook veg in margerine until soft then add rice and soy.
