This is just an all around awesome dip to have on hand. Easy to whip up and enjoy.


1 cup whole fat Greek yogurt
½ small clove garlic, grated
2 Persian cucumbers, peeled and grated
1 tbsp each fresh dill and mint, finely chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and Pepper


  1. Toss cucumber in colander with sprinkle of salt and allow to drain in sink for 15 minutes. Once
    drained, press out as much excess water as possible.

  2. In bowl, whisk together yogurt, drained cucumber, grated garlic, herbs, ½ tsp salt, and a few
    grinds of pepper. Allow to chill in fridge for 1 hour up to overnight. Season to taste just before
