Tirokafteri (Spicy Greek Feta Dip)


This recipe I found and used when we had some friends over for a great Greek inspired dinner. It was yummy and oh so delicious.

2 Medium roasted red peppers (I used jared)
1 cup feta cheese crumbled (I don’t buy the crumbled as it is really dry and chalky, also look to try to find sheep’s milk)
3 TBLS Olive oil
2 Tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 red chili pepper or chili flakes (I used 1 Thai bird chili)


  1. Combine all the ingredients in the food processor and blend till the consistency you are looking for.

Serving suggestions:
