This one comes from one of my favorite cookbook series Short Stacks. This one comes Cauliflower book on a page 25-26 for the Cauliflower Shawarma.
1/4 cup tahini
3/4 cup full-fat yogurt
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 small garlic clove
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- Whisk all the ingredients in a bowl. Add water 1 tbsp till the consistency is what you are hoping for. Adjust salt to taste.
