This one is a great recipe I got from the Chloe Coscarelli book Chloe Flavor.
1 banana, chopped and frozen
1 cup ice
2 Tablespoons almond butter (or peanut butter)
1 cup almond milk
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
6 Medjool dates, pitted
1/2 cup rolled oats
In the blender, combined the banana, ice, almond butter, almond milk, vanilla, and cinnamon and blend until smooth. Add the dates and oats and blend again until mostly smooth, leaving some texture, if desired. Serve immediately in a tall glass.
