Caesar Dressing (Veggie!)

We found this one in the book Weekday Vegetarian by Jenny Rosenstrach. It is filled with some really good recipes and you all should check it out!

Ingredients:

2 Tbsp of Mayo
3 Tbsp Grated Parm
1 Tbsp White wine vinegar
1 Tbsp Lemon juice (fresh is the best)
1 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
1 garlic clove grated directly into the mason jar
1/4 cup olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1-2 Tbsp water to thin it out (optional)

Directions:

  1. Combine all the ingredients in mason jar. Shake and put over salad!
