Classic Shrimp Roll Sliders


This recipe comes from the site Daily Dish. It is a tasty one and one you can make ahead of time.


12 Slider Rolls or Hawaiian Sweet Rolls

1.5 lbs. cooked mini or small shrimp, peeled and deveined. (I used 2lbs)

¾ cup onion, chopped (I used a cup)

3 stalks celery, chopped (I used 4 stalks)

¾ cup mayonnaise (I used a cup)

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper

¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper ( I used Old Bay)


  1. In a large bowl, combine the onion, celery, mayonnaise and all the spices.

  2. Toss the shrimp into the sauce until evenly coated.

  3. Slice the slider rolls in half and toast (in toaster, on grill or in oven)

  4. Remove and scoop shrimp mixture onto rolls and serve immediately.
