This is super good and I put it on just about everything.
Ingredients
I doubled the recipe but here are the original amounts. I will put changes off to the side with the doubled quantity.
1/2 clove garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt plus more to taste
3/4 cup prepared or homemade mayonnaise (I used about a 1/4 cup less in the double)
1/4 cup bottled chili sauce (I used way less, probably about 1 Tablespoon of Sriracha in the double)
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 1/2 tablespoons minced onion (2 TBLS in the double)
2 teaspoons sweet pickle relish (2 TBLS in the double and I just used my Cuisinart to blend up onion and dill pickles)
1/2 hard-cooked large egg, pushed through a sieve or finely chopped (NO EGG IN MINE)
Freshly ground black pepper
Directions:
First make the relish. Put onion and pickles in Cuisinart food processor
Second, in a mixing bowl put all the other ingredients. Then put the relish in and mix.
Put them in a small squirt bottle.
Good in the fridge for up to two weeks.
