Kettle Corn


This one is so simple and yet so gooooooooood. YUM!

1/4 cup plain oil.
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup popcorn

Heat the oil and a few kernals of corn to see if it is hot enough. Once popped add the sugar and 1/2 cup of popcorn.

Cover with parchment paper and then the lid.

Shake from time to time. Take off heat once it stops popping.

Spread out on more parchment paper on the counter and add salt to taste.

Let cool and go to town!
