This salad dressing comes from a friend of mine at work. Gretchen is an amazing teacher that brings such a positive and fun attitude toward her work and her students. This recipe is a tasty treat that she has shared. She says she keeps some of this in her fridge at all times!

-1 part olive oil
-1 part Dijon
-1 part apple cider vinegar
-1 part honey
