		<description>I took some liberties on this one.
1.  I used chicken legs and thighs b/c that is what I had in the freezer
2.  I used my own homemade Italian mix b/c I don&#039;t like all of the preservatives and thickeners used in pre-packaged mixes:

3.  I used 3/4 c. of Hot Giardiniera b/c I buy this in 1/2 gallon jars
4.  I used about 3 cups of homemade chicken broth
5.  After taking the chicken meat off the bones, I served the meat burrito style - wrapped in a warm tortilla with ranch dressing, salsa, tomatoes and lettuce.

It was fantastic!!!</description>
