Hominy Bean Dip
This recipe is a good one to make a lot of dip that will get eaten up no prob.

1 small jar of your favorite salsa
1 can black-eyed peas, drained
1 can hominy drained
1 can shoepeg corn drained
1 small can diced chilies, drained
3-4 roma tomatoes
2 T Italian Dressing (optional)
3 cloves garlic
3 green onions chopped.

Fritos Chips (scoops) should be served with this dip! It really is a must!
Put all in large bowl and mix. That is all and it is wonderful!
